Fit Model Rules
Women's Fit Model is an introductory bodybuilding division focusing on a balanced, elegant, and mainstream fitness-magazine physique.
Key rules govern physique conditioning, suit and gown standards, and stage presentation.
Physique and Conditioning Standards
Muscle Mass: Requires less muscularity and leanness than the Bikini or Wellness divisions.
Upper Body: Small, round deltoids without capped or overly 3D separation; balanced back development.
Lower Body: Firm, full glutes and balanced legs, but no visible glute-hamstring tie-ins or harsh quad separation.
Core: Toned and in shape, but not overly shredded or showing a hard six-pack.
Outfit and Attire Rules
Swimsuit Round (Two-Piece): Must be a single, plain color (spandex or metallic) with no rhinestones, crystals, bling, beads, or connectors. Bottoms must cover at least 50% of the glutes, sit rounded in the front (no sharp V-shapes), and have no side-ties or thong cuts.
Evening Gown Round: Floor-length, sophisticated, opaque fabric (no mesh, sheer panels, or transparent materials). Must cover the lower half of the back (no bare backs), and any slit must not expose the hip or glutes. Corsets or internal shapewear/padding are strictly banned.
Shoes: High heels with a maximum stiletto height of 12 cm and a maximum sole thickness of 1 cm. Platform shoes are strictly prohibited.
Jewelry: Allowed simple earrings, bracelets, and rings; necklaces, chains, and piercings are prohibited.
